Delete my data
Send the result link you want removed. We delete the underlying record and confirm when it is done. Because there is no account, the link is how we identify the data as yours.
A payment problem
If a report did not unlock, send the result link and the email address you used at checkout. If it is not resolved quickly we refund.
A question looks wrong
Tell us which one and why. Item quality is a standing work item, and corrections ship as a new version rather than a silent edit.

If you gave an email address at checkout, you can restore your links yourself.
